- Chairperson of the Committee: Retired Judge of any High Court of India.
- Other Members: Indian Police Service(IPS) or Indian Administrative Services(IAS) or Distributed File System (DFS) or Public Sector Undertaking(PSU) or Retired Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Official in the rank of Superintendence of Police.
- Banker: Retired General Manager of any Nationalised Bank.
