- JRF: M.E, M.Tech.
- SRF: B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics / Electrical / Communication / Telecommunication / E & TC Engineering, Master’s Degree / M.Sc / Integrated Degree / Equivalent in Physics / Applied Physics / Electronic Science.
Age Limit Details
- JRF: Maximum 28 years.
- SRF: Maximum 32 years.
Selection Procedure Details
As per the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology Officials Notification of vacancies through this method like an Interview. After completing, these steps candidates will be placed in training in a particular area.

The Selected Candidates will get the Basic Pay of Rs.22,000 to 31,000/- per month.
