- Semi-Skilled Worker (Craft Education and Research Centre): 10th pass with Experience in Block Printing.
- Superintendent (Besant Cultural Centre Hostel): Graduate Degree in Any Field with 8 years experience in Hostel Management.
- Assistant Cook (Besant Cultural Centre Hostel): 10th Pass with 5 years experience in Cooking.

- Tutor (Bharatanatyam): Maximum 30 years.
- Tutor (Music): Maximum 30 years.
- Semi-Skilled Worker (Craft Education and Research Centre): Maximum 25 years.
- Superintendent (Besant Cultural Centre Hostel): 40 years to 50 years.

Selected Candidates will get a Basic Pay Scale of Rs.25,000/- per month. Candidates were also eligible for House Rent, Dearness Allowance, Local and Family Allowance, and Grade Allowance.

- Tutor (Music): Rs.35,400 to Rs.1,12,400/- per month.
- Semi-Skilled Worker (Craft Education and Research Centre): Rs.18,000/- to Rs.56,900/- per month.
- Superintendent (Besant Cultural Centre Hostel): Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/- per month.
- Assistant Cook (Besant Cultural Centre Hostel): Rs.18,000/- to Rs.56,900/- per month.
